You will be responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, ensuring their success in the online environment. You don't need to sell anything, you need to maintain accounts of already existing customers.
R Digital is an advertising agency that was founded in 2015 and has the status of Google Partners. The main areas we work with are Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
We work with clients both from Ukraine and from all over the world (mainly English-speaking countries).

Requirements:
Knowledge of the English language at a level that allows for business communication -written English is especially important, knowledge of business email writing will be a significant plus.
Experience in customer support will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of the main tools and platforms of Internet marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics will be an advantage. If not, we will provide training materials and support from leading specialists, you are willing to learn quickly and a lot, often from English-language sources, so knowledge of the language is again a must.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Conditions jobs:
Remote full-time job. Work schedule: 5 days a week for 6-8 hours;
We rest on weekends and holidays;
Combination with other work or freelancing is not allowed;
Paid trial period of 2 months.
- Salary consists of salary + allowances and bonuses. It is paid stably and without delays (twice a month). On average, account managers earn UAH 20,000-42,000.
