Today, giftmall has offices in Kyiv and Warsaw and serves thousands of users from various fields of activity. We are looking for a responsible and energetic Manager for work with B2B clients. A person who will be the first assistant to the client and an expert in the field of products developed by our company. With us you will: 📍effectively accompany customers during all stages of the order; 📍advise customers about the product, catalog and additional services; 📍work on customer retention, improvement and expanding cooperation; 📍collect customer feedback on service and products; 📍take part in meetings to discuss process improvement and updates. We expect: 📍fluency in Polish, both spoken and written; experience in a similar position in the B2B industry; 📍experience working with SaaS products will be a plus; 📍knowledge of the English language at least B1 level; 📍high communication skills of business communication; 📍proactivity and readiness for continuous learning and development.
