Communication capacity development manager within the USAID Program "RADA: Next Generation" at Internews-Ukraine NGO in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

The purpose of the Program is to promote the "next generation" of reforms that will enable the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VRU) to become a modern, effective institution that will promote accountability and democratic development in Ukraine. The activity of the Program is based on the fulfillment of three main goals:

1. Increasing the level of voter involvement in the legislative process, including better and systematic interaction between people's deputies and their constituents, including individuals, civil society and business associations. 

2. Strengthening and expanding the analytical and control potential of the Verkhovna Rada to ensure a full legislative cycle.

BASIC CONDITIONS'LANGUAGES:

• plan and implement informational campaigns regarding newly adopted legislative acts, functions of the parliament; 

by the VRU, structural subdivisions of the Apparatus and heads and employees of committees regarding interaction within the Program); 

• monitoring the information space, writing informative materials on parliamentary news, reforms, European integration, etc.;  

and other subdivisions of the VRU; 
 
 

REQUIREMENTS FOR POTENTIAL CANDIDATES:

• have a complete higher education in the field of social sciences or humanities; 

 

• have a sufficient level of awareness in the spheres of foreign and domestic policy of Ukraine, international relations and the global political landscape;

• know the key elements of the communication process and own digital tools;

• possess a high level of media literacy, analytical skills of information processing, structured presentation of thoughts in written form;

• have a high level of command of the Ukrainian and English languages ​​- spoken and written;

• have skills in writing texts in English;

• use skills in office applications, cloud services, video conferencing and task management tools.
