Bubibo — a pet-tech startup is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to promote the Bubibo brand together with the team to a new level. Our goal is to revolutionize the field of pet-care in Ukraine and enter Western markets with our product. To do this, we are creating an ecosystem of digital services for pet owners and professionals in the field of pet care (veterinarians, groomers, dog trainers, etc.). We are confident that quality and affordable digital services will help owners better understand their pets, make routine care easier, and pets' lives long and happy. What to do: Development and implementation of sales strategies through Amazon.com and other popular marketplaces in the West countries; Market analysis of competitors for the formation of competitive prices and marketing campaigns; Management of the electronic store, including filling content, updating the assortment and customer support; Management of supply chains; Management of returns; Planning of advertising campaigns; Monitoring and analysis of sales results, development of recommendations for optimization of processes. We are looking for an ideal candidate: More than 3 years of experience in management positions in the field of e-commerce; Knowledge of English and other languages ​​- Intermediate; Knowledge of basic data analysis tools and web analytics; Ability to work in electronic trading platforms and CRM systems; High responsibility, organization and flexibility; Higher education in the field of marketing, business or related We offer: a flexible start of the working day; a planned revision of the amount of remuneration depending on the work results once and a half years after the trial period; official employment (Diya-city, HIG contract); medical insurance after the trial period; salary payment every 2 weeks; 17 working days of vacation , which do not burn, additional 5 days off; 5 days of sick leave without medical confirmation; up to 30 days of sick leave with medical confirmation; visiting the office with a pet.
