YOUR MISSION:

• Ensure stable achievement store sales goals, efficiency and profitability indicators, through proper organization of work and effective planning;
• Ensure a high level of service, select, motivate and develop employees in the team, organize the work of personnel;
• Organize the reception, processing and sale of goods, control the merchandise filling of the store;
• Participate in marketing campaigns, ensure compliance with merchandising standards in the store, in accordance with the Company's global policy.
• Ensure and maintain quality work in the sales hall;
• Exceed expectations and be a worthy ambassador of the PUMA sports brand.

YOUR TALENTS:

• Graduate higher education;
• Similar work experience in a retail network from 2 years;
• Intermediate English language;
• Ability to achieve goals and work for results;
• Effective communication and motivation skills;
