• Head of the Electrical Installations Team - Electrical Installation Designer

Our Client: Design Office in Warsaw

which has specialized in designing sanitary, electrical and electrical installations for over 30 years telecommunications to the full extent and for all types of facilities. We cooperate with leading Architectural Offices and Developers on projects including: large housing estates. For many years, we have been trying to create an employee-friendly workplace that responds to their needs and provides prospects for self-development. We are a multi-generational company - we work with experienced engineers, as well as interns who are just starting their adventure with design. The Design Office consists of three design teams: HVAC, WOD - KAN and ELE, where the business processes are additionally supervised by the administration team and the management board.

Place/work system:  stationary work in the office (Warsaw Żoliborz)

Reporting: to the Executive Director

Requirements:

• Higher education - field / e.g. Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology
• Construction qualifications to design and carry out works without restrictions in the field of electrical installations
• Experience: min. 7 years of experience in designing electrical installations
• Proficient knowledge of industry programs (AutoCAD/ BricsCAD/GStarCad)
• Good knowledge of construction law, WT, Standards
• Knowledge of Revit software or experience in cooperation in a BIM project team will be an additional advantage
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience in leading a team / coordinating team work
• Responsibility, honesty, integrity are values ​​with which you identify
• Knowledge of English is welcome
• Communication skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time
