Job description mmanager-coordinator of purchases (meat / fish import)

Importer company with many years of work experience, a responsible and systematic person for coordination import purchases and supply control.
The work is related to the verification of documents, communication with suppliers and control of the delivery process to the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• entering purchases in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• communication with suppliers (providing instructions to suppliers regarding the preparation of documents)
• verification of supplier documents:
• Invoice
• Packing List
• veterinary certificates
• transport documents
• transfer of accounting amounts to be paid
• control of preparation of documents for customs
• control of the movement of cars to the warehouse
• control of unloading goods into the warehouse
• calculation of actual cost price (CBA) in Excel. Intermediate or above)

• experience working in logistics, import or procurement
• experience working with international suppliers
• experience working with import documents
• understanding international trade processes

Our ideal candidatemust understand or have experience with:
• Invoice
• Packing List
• CMR
• Certificate of Origin
• customs documents, transport documents

• confident user of Excel
• preferred experience with ERP systems (Business Central or analog)
• ability to work with tables and calculations
• ability to calculate product cost
• understanding of cost structure (goods, logistics, customs, broker, warehouse)
• checking the correctness of financial documents

Additional professional requirements:
• experience working with a large volume of documents
• ability to control 20–40 of supplies per month
• attention to details and numbers
• responsibility for correctness of documents
• ability to work with deadlines

We work with a large volume of international deliveries, so we are looking for a candidate who:
• pays attention to documents and numbers
• knows how to work with a large number of operations
• does not allow mistakes in documents
• knows how to control processes and deadlines
