Manager-consultant of the online store in Dynamica

Requirements: Be able to communicate politely, confidently and persuasively with customers on the phone, assist in the selection of products for the online store, accompany online sales, answer questions. Working conditions: Full time, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities: The company is engaged in import and distribution (wholesale) of lubricants for cars, motorcycles and industry. A separate type of its activity is the retail sale of these goods through its own online store www.dynamica.ua. Functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Processing orders received through the site; Prompt response to the request to call the customer; Processing orders received through social networks; Communicating in chat on the site (in the future); Answering calls of a general nature; Work in the Binotel program, certain 1C skills (over time).
