Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education in the field of construction;
• Experience in the field of construction and management projects;
• Experience with estimate documentation;
• Ability to read drawings and project documentation;
• Experienced PC user; 
• Knowledge of technical documentation and quality control processes;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Communication with clients and partners, reporting on work progress
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Requirements”position:

• Full construction project management (coordination of all project stages) from the beginning of design to commissioning. Project support.
• Interaction with customers to obtain the necessary technical documentation.
• Planning and control of resources, budgets and deadlines, timely resolution of issues arising during the project;
• Coordination of the start of construction works at the facility.
• Regular control construction works at the facility to ensure compliance with the plan and the quality of execution.
• Compilation of work schedules and their control.
• Coordination of amendments in technical and estimate documentation.
• Organization and coordination of the process of commissioning the facility to the acceptance committee.
