Manager, Brand Designer in Paxful

This role will be responsible for concepting and executing designs that define and elevate Paxful’s brand identity. This role will be responsible for delivering thoughtful, conceptual and high-quality designs for both brand and product. This role will work alongside the Creative Director to bring ideas from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is both conceptual and technical, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow and evolve our brand. As the Manager, Brand Designer, you will:Work across both brand and product to create cohesion and visually unify the company as one.Elevate and expand Paxful’s brand identity across all touchpoints.Update old assets to represent Paxful’s new brand identity. Elevate, simplify and modernize outdated designs.Collaborate with teams cross-functionally to ensure visual cohesiveness and enforce brand guidelines. Update old or outdated assets.Work alongside the social media manager to brainstorm impactful and innovative ideas for social. Design and execute on said ideas, optimizing content for each platform.Provide conceptual and creative ideas to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, product launches and regional marketing initiatives.Work alongside global and local marketing teams to concept and deliver assets such as blog and email headers, digital ads, brand swag, and presentation decks.Visualize and design data in a clear and concise format.Clear understanding of visual hierarchy, ability to deliver information clearly and effectively.Elevate and expand Paxful’s product design from both a user experience and visual interface perspective.Use design to elevate and simplify Paxul’s existing product, understanding Design and update Paxful’s web pages, elevating both the user experience and visual interfaceSupport product design by providing branded imagery, iconography, and spot illustrations to ensure a cohesive visual system across both brand and product.Update figma libraries as necessaryRequirements:Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Efficient in FigmaExperience in UX/UIQUALIFICATIONS: Proven work experience as a Senior brand design or illustration roleProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design softwareStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design and illustration styles and techniquesExcellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the boxFlexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and prioritiesStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, but not requiredExperience working in a Fintech or Cryptocurrency company is a plus Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній ріwhere Type of employment Contract employment Job responsibilities Design, Information Technology and Art/Creative Industries Financial services, Design services and Graphic design
