Manager at an IT school for children in Syber Jump

CyberJump International cyber school for children. We invite professionals to cooperate. We teach children aged 6 to 14, according to a long-term program that develops programming, design and critical thinking skills from childhood.

We are inviting a Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing applications from clients who are already interested in our courses (Instagram and Facebook, incoming calls, applications from the website, telegrams) and do not be afraid to make cold calls calls;
• Orientation on results and the desire to earn more.
• Full support of potential clients from the first contact with the school to the start of studies;
• Maintenance of the client base;
• Search for additional client bases.

Your strengths:

• Experience in sales from 2 years;
• You confidently use digital tools (Google documents / CRM) or are ready to (a) quickly master
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
• Knowledge of sales techniques, how to work with objections;
• Ability to professionally resolve controversial and conflict situations with clients;
• Persistence, organization and result-oriented.
