In connection with the expansion of the staff of the call center, we are looking for a customer service manager to join the team (take orders by phone from customers who have left an application on our website)

What are the requirements for the candidate:

• Mandatory work experience in an online store or call centers! We do not consider candidates without work experience!
• Responsibility!
• The ability to quickly learn new information.

What tasks will need to be performed

strong>:

• Telephone on applications left by customers from the site. No cold calls!
• Make an order and create a TTN (in the AMO-CRM database)

• Work schedule - discussed at the interview
