Future tasks:

• analysis of the Bank's existing business processes and products related to project implementation;
• superficial IT analysis opportunities for requests for changes to products or processes affected by the implementation of the project;
• study of possible alternatives to the implementation of the project;
• building a business forecast;
• determining the need to involve outsourcing;
• point marketing research of the market / analysis of competitors' experience;
• preliminary determination of necessary resources (identification of risks and dependencies of the project as well as possible ways to eliminate them, formalization and visualization of the project, preparation of TOR, business calculation of the project case )
• preparation and coordination of business requirements
• participation in the preparation of technical tasks together with IT departments;
• control of deadlines for the execution of tasks by adjacent departments, as well as the quality of the work performed;
• preparation of test cases, testing, participation in the implementation of the pilot project;
• calculation of the business case based on the results of the project implementation, evaluation of the implementation efficiency;
• preparation of a package of documents for the Investment and other committees for each phase of the project

This job is created for you if you have:

• complete higher education
• work experience in the direction of analytics (banking sector, insurance companies)
• experience in project activities - from 2 years
• analytical abilities, the ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills for eeffective cooperation with cross-functional teams;
• ability to work independently and manage several projects at the same time
• upper level English -intermediate
