Manager, administrator of the online store in Prime Design Group

Prime Design Group is an exporter of Ukrainian products under its own brand. For more than 5 years, we have been successfully presenting products made of natural wood on foreign markets. The main sales platforms are Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, website (www.teslyar.com, www.teslyar.ua). The company's mission is to create in Ukraine and distribute throughout the world. In connection with the rapid development of the domestic market, we are looking for a Sales Manager for online stores on Rozetka, Prom, the site, etc. Responsibilities: Processing of orders in the CRM system: Confirmation of orders from customers (phone and messengers); Update of statuses and creation of TTN; Setting warehouse tasks for shipment of goods. 2. Feedback processing; 3. Updating the assortment (adding new products); 4. Monitoring of the flow; 5. Participation in pricing (promotions, discounts, sales, etc.); 6. Monthly sales reporting; 7. Cooperation with marketing and product department on brand development and sales increase. Requirements and wishes for the candidate: Experience in online sales. Ability to process data in Excel. Pleasant and professional communication with clients. Non-conflict and decency. Organization and responsibility. What do we offer? Hours of work: Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., some days remote access is available (discussed at interview); Cozy office with convenient access; Training and internship.
