< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Kharkiv regional youth public organization "EDUCATED INITIATIVE" Youth NGO helping Ukrainian families survive the war, founded in 2008 implements educational projects for young people, vulnerable social groups of the population and provides humanitarian aid to Ukrainians on the front lines. In 2023, we became an accredited partner of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. We have a wide presence in various regions of Ukraine: Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernivtsi, Ternopil and others . We cooperate with international organizations and Ukrainian businesses (ANC pharmacy network, NOVUS LLC, ActiveChat Inc., etc.).

We are looking for a qualified coordinator within Kryvyi Rih with strong organizational skills, negotiation skills to organize the work of the center and mobile teams.

Main duties:

• Organization of project activities in the region, management of public and digital learning centers, conducting information and educational campaigns and mobile teams.
• Interaction with communities and other stakeholdersinvolved parties, conducting assessments at the community level.
• Planning and organization of educational events, courses, master classes, and other project activities, including coordination of the work of mobile teams.
• Establishment of an effective partnerships with local residents and organizations.
• Checking and analyzing reports from employees and monitoring the quality of activity plans and compliance with the work schedule of mobile crews.
• Creating and maintaining a plan and project implementation schedule with taking into account possible variable factors and possible risks.
• Preparation of regular reports (text, photo, financial) weekly, monthly and upon request regarding the implementation of the project in the area and the achieved results.

< p style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Requirements:

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• High computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other databases.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• High level of communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Higher education in the field of management, marketing, economics or social sciences will be an advantage.
• High stress resistance and the ability to organize and plan.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Jira/Trello/Asana will be an advantage.
• Experience in humanitarian settings will be a plus.
