We are looking for Customer Service Managers to work for the long term!

In responsibilities includes:

• work with clients who have passed registration for advertising and waiting for a call from the manager to get advice. This is hot traffic that will surprise you with its quality, at least 10-15 applications every day!
• Closing the needs of customers in receiving information about cooperation with the company;
• Reporting based on the results of your work;
• Working with the client base in the SRM system

The final result that we would like to see is a client who, after communicating with the manager, continues cooperation with the company. Therefore, experience in communications will be a great plus!

What we offer:   < /p>

• Working in an office with a five-day schedule on weekdays (10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 00). 
• Convenient location, office in the city center;
• Salary consists of a rate from 22000 UAH up to UAH 40,000 and bonuses. Average salary from 50,000. Payments several times a month;
• If you have experience in the field of communications - it is very good, but now we are also open to beginners in this field, because we conduct a paid training course and we provide effective practice with experienced mentors as part of an internship.

• An open, quick, learnable specialist with an active life position, who knows how to establish contact, talk with strangers, convince, insist on his own, to clearly and competently explain the essence, to argue one's opinion;
• An employee who knows how to fulfill, or better yet exceed, the set sales plans (we have our own database, look for customers (not required)
• Knowledge of foreign languages ​​such as Polish, Czech and Spanish is also useful.
