The selectee must sign statements acknowledging the position is identified as a TDPThe employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays and/or overtime.Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial.QualificationsSpecialized Experience:GS-13: Applicant must demonstrate one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties:Assisting in strategic projects to improve policies and ensure technical compliance with regulations;Utilizing knowledge of Human Resources to provide guidance to program staff;Utilizing knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods to contribute to the development of program and/or budget planning; ANDReviewing program objectives to assist in program assessment.GS-14: Applicant must demonstrate one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties:Reviewing legislation, regulation, and policies to provide advice and ensure technical compliance with regulation.Utilizing knowledge of Human Resources to provide program guidance to senior level officials;Evaluating prospective changes and impacts on budgetary or financial functions and programs; andEvaluating program objectives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.NOTE: Your resume must explicitly indicate how you meet this requirement, otherwise you will be found ineligible.
