Our product portfolio includes wireless headphones and speakers, air purifiers, body massagers, voice recorders, and accessories. We have been working successfully since 2015, headquartered in Miami, USA. Cooperation with "Produсtech" gives Ukrainians the opportunity to earn money on the American market, despite the war. That is why we are inviting an Economist from management accounting (sales support) to our team in order to have the opportunity to continue to grow. We expect you and the team to help the business achieve strategic goals by ensuring the calculation and accounting of the company's actual and planned indicators. Functional duties connections: collection of sales reports from marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) in spreadsheets and uploading sales data to the accounting system (QuickBooks Online); calculation based on Sales Tax, Franchise Tax; entering tax data into the accounting system ; conducting mutual settlements with marketplaces in the accounting system; preparing calculations and data for Gross Margin Report, P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting; reconciliations and closing the period in the accounting system. We expect you to have: experience as an economist, financial analyst, accountant, accounting specialist, financier, treasurer from 1.5-2 years in a company where there was a physical product (FMCG/electronics/accessories/clothing, etc.); understanding and experience in product costing; English level - confident intermediate and above (base — the ability to read documents, write short texts, fill out standard forms and navigate program interfaces in English, the ability to communicate in English with banks, contractors from other services will be a plus); higher economic education; high-class skills in Excel/Google spreadsheets (VPR/ Vlookup, pivot tables/PIVOT, IMPORTRANGE, IF/IFS, use of ready-made scripts, etc.), mandatory experience in 1C and/or ERP systems. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus; strong analytical skills; focus on results; attention to detail; high ability to learn (from text instructions and videos); ability to organize your work day in remote work conditions.
