Maintenance specialist in ST Staffwork

We are an international team of experts in telecom analytics and mobile security.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance specialist who will keep the system up and running, procure and install everything necessary, monitor security and help Development/Automation work quickly.

Key tasks

• Support and maintenance of technical infrastructure: SIM equipment, servers, proxies, tunnels, external services.
• System status monitoring: metrics, channel stability.
• Configuration and updating of ready-made solutions (according to Dev/Automation requirements).
• Elimination of risks/technical incidents, search for causes.
• Reporting: equipment status, load, write-off, risks.
• Optimization of support processes: simplification, automation, documentation.
• Ensuring continuous operation of key telecom functions: routes, delivery, stability.
• Purchase of equipment and ready-made solutions
• Analysis of suppliers: cost, risks, terms, quality.
• Organization of delivery and installation.
• Maintenance of tables of purchases, statuses, terms, guarantees.
• Security: minimization leaks, work only through trusted channels.

Requirements

• Experience in telecom companies, SMS aggregators or related technical roles.
• Understanding of telecom infrastructure
• Knowledge and understanding of Proxy, anti-detection solutions.
• Ability to work with Development/Automation: installations, updates, integration.
• Skills in documenting processes, organizing purchases.
• Responsibility, accuracy, attention to security.

Will be a plus

• Experience in A2P traffic and anti-fraud systems.
• Linux, bash, basic automation skills
