Magento 2/WordPress (WooCommerce) Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Magento 2 and WordPress (WooCommerce) Web Developer to complement our development team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of both platforms, as well as the ability to develop and implement plugins to extend the functionality of online stores. You will work on the development of new and support existing projects, create custom solutions for our customers and integrate various third-party services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Magento 2 and WooCommerce.
• Ability to develop and integrate plugins for Magento 2 and WooCommerce.
• Deep knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with MySQL databases.
• Understanding of SEO and website optimization principles.
• Ability to work with code version control systems (Git).
• Experience with APIs and integration of third-party services.
• High level of responsibility, ability to work in a team and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the English language at an average level (sometimes go on calls with customers).

Responsibilities

• Development, configuration and support of online stores on Magento 2 and WooCommerce platforms.
• Creation and implementation of custom plugins to extend functionality.
• Ensuring high code quality and following development best practices.
• Collaboration with designers, project managers and other developers to achieve the best results.
• Integration of third-party services.
• Technical support and customer problem solving.

Will be a plus

• Experience with other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Laravel or Symfony frameworks.
• Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.
