Machinist / Machinist of flow-mechanized cigarette lines and machines of 3 categories (automatic block packaging equipment)

Your area of ​​responsibility will be:

• Conducting automatic and manual packing of blocks in boxes, forming pallets and wrapping pallets with film on the equipment 

• Performance of timely and correct refueling of the machine with consumables

• Performing verification of all types of materials for compliance with the production order 

• Switching to another product brand

• Performance of quality control of released products 

• Conducts material write-off check in the SAP system 

• Achievement of general objectives, such as: quality and quantity of products produced, overall efficiency of equipment, acceptable percentage of defects

Experience, skills and abilities required:     

• Secondary specialized or higher technical education

• Basic understanding of technical equipment parameters and operating conditions of technological equipment, knowledge of mechanics

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to learn 

• Ability to work in a team
