Key Responsibilities:Identify and Prioritize Application Fields:Collaborate with cross-functional teams tounderstand business needs and challenges.Conduct market research toidentify potential application fields for machine learning solutions.Prioritize areas where machine learning can enhance operational efficiency and deliver tangible business impact. Selection ofAppropriate Approaches and Solutions:Evaluate and recommend machine learning algorithms and techniques suitable for specific use cases.Work closely with data scientists and engineers todesign and develop scalable machine learning solutions.Ensure alignment between business goals and technical capabilities ofchosen approaches.Creation and Launch ofSolutions:Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle ofmachine learning solutions, from concept todeployment.Collaborate with software development teams tointegrate machine learning models into operational systems.Define and track key performance indicators tomeasure the success ofimplemented solutions. Cooperation with Data Warehouse and BITeams:Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team toensure the availability ofhigh-quality and relevant datasets for training and testing machine learning models.Work closely with the Business Intelligence team toderive actionable insights from machine learning results.Identify opportunities for data warehouse improvements toenhance overall data management capabilities. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including operational teams, executives, and technical teams, toensure ashared understanding ofproject goals and progress.Foster acollaborative environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.Act asabridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications. Skills &Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree inComputer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, orarelated field.Proven experience (3years) inproduct management, with afocus onmachine learning solutions.Strong understanding ofmachine learning concepts, algorithms, and practical applications.Experience working inacross-functional environment with operational teams.Experience building aData Warehouse orData Lake will beaplus.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability tothrive inadynamic and fast-paced work environment.
