About the role:
As M365 Collaboration Engineer you and your colleagues are responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing the Microsoft 365 platform and services at Euroclear. You will work closely with the business stakeholders, Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure the efficient performance, security, and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment.

ABOUT THE TEAM
Group Technology Services (GTS) plans, builds and runs the global infrastructure of Euroclear, and is additionally responsible for the IT service management to the operating entities of the various Group markets. Group Technology Services operates its IT systems and IT services in such a way that, at an appropriate and benchmarked cost level, it can deliver the agreed levels of service to support the requirements of the business processes, for both normal operations and during disaster recovery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, design, and implementation
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Graph API, etc.
- Supervising and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues and incidents and provide root cause analysis and resolution
- Knowledge of M365 security concepts
Nice to have:
- Knowledge ITIL principles
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Experience with programming including shell scripting (PowerShell)
- Experience in exchange online
