As an LS Central Developer and Retail Technical Support Specialist , you will be responsible for the development, implementation and support of LS Central, LS Retail's comprehensive retail management system. You will work closely with our IT team and retail partners to ensure our system meets business needs and drives operational efficiency.
YOUR MISSION:
— Develop, configure and implement LS Central modules using the AL programming language in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
—Configure and enhance the LS Central environment using advanced VS Code and Git capabilities for version control and collaborative development.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to LS Central in our retail stores.
—Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and business requirements.
—Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
— Develop training materials and conduct training for store personnel on effective use of LS Central.
—Manage project timelines, maintain documentation, and gather user feedback to ensure continuous system improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to integrate third-party applications as needed.
- Track the latest trends and updates in retail technology to suggest and implement system upgrades.
YOUR TALENTS:
—Higher education in the field of computer sciences, information technologies or related industries.
—Proven experience in developing and implementing LS Retail solutions, including LS Central, using the AL programming language.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and development tools such as VS Code.
- Experience with Git to manage source code control.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Previous experience in retail or retail IT support is a plus.
- English at the Intermediate level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for efeactive interaction with team members and non-technical staff.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
