We are currently launching a new direction within our marketing department, for which we are looking for an LPO/CRO Manager. The main goal will be the creation of new landing pages for the search company in Google Ads, as well as the analysis and optimization of existing landing pages. What skills and criteria are important to us now: You have 2 years of commercial experience in managing landings; Created and optimized landing pages from scratch, have real cases; You have a deep understanding of UI/UX (colors, texts, photos, controls). We introduced a new interface on the site (on the client's side); Conducted and analyzed the results of A/B tests; Checked and tested analytics systems, configured Hotjar/Clarity; Created maps of events and analyzed user actions on the site; You have basic marketing metrics; Worked with Webflow/WIX/Tilda/Frame etc; Attack GA4, GTM. It will also be a big plus if you have: Experience in setting up interactive elements (sliders, carousels, forms); Experience in the implementation of animations; Basic knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 layout (semantic/adaptive/responsive layout); Basic level of JS knowledge (equal to DOM); Experience working with WordPress. Your duties will include: Create highly converting landing pages (UI/UX, analytics, website design); Analyze and optimize existing landing pages; You will monitor competitors' landing pages, their best practices and analyze the mechanics of work; You will work on the marketing and technical efficiency of landings to achieve the necessary results; Prepare documents with a task plan for optimizing each type of page. Identify priority hypotheses for improving the landing page interface; You will set up an A/B hypothesis test; Analyze the data from the results of A/B testing the previous month and form the conclusions (the second month of the second stage, when the data for the first optimized page will be collected). You will develop reports based on the results of page optimization.
