Responsibilities:
operational support and control of loyalty programs (customer base, accrual/debit of bonuses);
keeping the client's calendar (calculation of bonuses, reminders, personal offers, surveys, congratulations);
preparation and writing of manuals and instructions;
training of personnel;
writing a description of business processes, regarding the construction of the visual part of loyalty programs;
preparation of TOR drafts for marketing and IT departments.
preparation and organization of newsletters (Viber, E-mail, Telegram, etc.)
< /li>search and joining of new partners and contractors within their area of responsibility;
planning and control of project costs.
Requirements:
strategic thinking, multitasking;
analytical skills and the ability to analyze and make decisions based on data;
availability of successfully implemented projects.
