Responsibilities:  

• development and launch of programs loyalty for B2B customers;  

• operational support and control of loyalty programs (customer base, accrual/debit of bonuses); 

• keeping the client's calendar (calculation of bonuses, reminders, personal offers, surveys, congratulations); 

• preparation and writing of manuals and instructions; 

• training of personnel; 

• writing a description of business processes, regarding the construction of the visual part of loyalty programs; 

• preparation of TOR drafts for marketing and IT departments. 

• preparation and organization of newsletters (Viber, E-mail, Telegram, etc.)

• search and joining of new partners and contractors within their area of ​​responsibility; 

• planning and control of project costs. 

Requirements:

• higher education;  
• obligatory professional work experience of 2 years or more (preferably in the field of e-commerce);
• < p style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">negotiation and negotiation skills; 

• strategic thinking, multitasking; 

• analytical skills and the ability to analyze and make decisions based on data; 

• availability of successfully implemented projects.
