Loyalty Program Project Manager Remote The company "Flowers.ua" in connection with staff expansion is announcing a vacancy for "Loyalty Program Project Manager", who will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of our company's loyalty programs. The successful candidate will have experience in the field of marketing and a strong interest in the development of loyalty programs aimed at attracting and retaining customers. Pre-candidate requirements: higher education in the field of marketing, economics, finance or a technical specialty; 2 years of work experience as a project manager/manager in the direction of creation, implementation and support of loyalty programs, preferably in the retail sector; knowledge of analytical methods (ABS analysis, RFM analysis, cohort analysis); skills in working with loyalty program performance indicators; experience in working with personalized offers in the loyalty program for customer segments and groups; an experienced user of Excel (constant work with large data sets). Personal qualities: logical and analytical thinking; leadership skills; focus on results, responsibility, organizational skills. Main tasks: building a loyalty program for online and offline channels; customer base management: data collection, segmentation, enrichment of customer data; development of a communication strategy with a base of loyal customers; ensuring the operation of the loyalty program (correct accrual/debit of client bonuses), control of the correctness of its work; setting up chains of communications with clients; management of analytical tools for loyalty program management; preparation of requirements for the development/modernization of systems necessary for the creation and development of loyalty programs; market monitoring of competitors, tracking trends in the loyalty industry; collection and systematization of information, analysis of the results of the loyalty program; active communication with adjacent units.
