Your goal: < /strong>increase profitability by 1 loyal customer while maintaining the level of expenses per 1 customer.
For this you need:
– work with the ABM CLOUD bonus system;
– analyze the customer base (100 thousand +)
– plan and implement promotional mechanics (in addition to the basic bonus system);
– calculate and optimize their effectiveness;
– implement mailings in messengers, telegrams - bots, applications, mail;
– manage outflow;
– prepare relevant reporting and budgeting.
This will help you a lot:
– experience working with any loyalty systems;
- analytical skills, Excel pro;
- copywriting skills;
- ability (tendency) to count, especially large data arrays;
– desire to work.
