Basic Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loyalty program strategy, including Road Map planning and execution;
- Describe business requirements and interact with the loyalty IT team;
- Manage the effectiveness of the loyalty program: analyze the dynamics of the loyalty program indicators, identify risks and take preventive measures to level them, develop and implement measures to achieve target values KPI;
- Provide operational support for the loyalty program: update the rules of the loyalty program (if necessary), initiate training programs/changes to training programs regarding the loyalty program, develop and implement motivational programs to encourage the fulfillment of KPIs for the loyalty program;< /li>
- Develop the technological infrastructure of the loyalty program — initiate the implementation of new services in the mobile application/personal page that improve their functionality and/or convenience; /li>
- Cross-functional interaction with specialists from other departments.
We expect from you:
- Higher education (preferably marketing, management or economics);
- 2 years of experience in the position of Head/Manager in the field of online/offline retail loyalty programs;< /li>
- Fluency in MS Office PC;
- Responsibility, analytical thinking, focus, perseverance, high level of attention, self-organization, communication.
