Loyalty program manager in Sinevo Ukrayina

European medical laboratory Cinevo Ukraine, which is part of the Swedish group of medical holding companies "Medicover", invites you to join the Executiveloyalty programs.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement loyalty program strategy, including Road Map planning and execution;
• Describe business requirements and interact with the loyalty IT team;
• Manage the effectiveness of the loyalty program: analyze the dynamics of the loyalty program indicators, identify risks and take preventive measures to level them, develop and implement measures to achieve target values KPI;
• Provide operational support for the loyalty program: update the rules of the loyalty program (if necessary), initiate training programs/changes to training programs regarding the loyalty program, develop and implement motivational programs to encourage the fulfillment of KPIs for the loyalty program;< /li>
• Develop the technological infrastructure of the loyalty program — initiate the implementation of new services in the mobile application/personal page that improve their functionality and/or convenience; /li>
• Cross-functional interaction with specialists from other departments.

We expect from you:

• Higher education (preferably marketing, management or economics);
• 2 years of experience in the position of Head/Manager in the field of online/offline retail loyalty programs;< /li>
• Fluency in MS Office PC;
• Responsibility, analytical thinking, focus, perseverance, high level of attention, self-organization, communication.
