- Analytical mindset
- High level of knowledge in the field of working with numbers and indicators of customer behavior
- Experience in comprehensive project management from idea to implementation
- Experience in loyalty program management - understanding of key processes
- Experience from 1 year in a similar position in the field of retail, in any form: from grocery to banks or service companies
- Ability to work with a large array of data, make hypotheses and run experiments aimed at increasing conversions.
- Interaction with contractors and competent setting of tasks for contractors and partners.
- Search for new partners for collaborations
- Non-trivial approach to problem solving.
- Location Kharkiv or Lutsk
Responsibilities:
- Development of the current program loyalty
- Launch and analysis of direct communications.
- Creating and launching trigger events.
- Conducting experiments with different target audiences.
- Setting up personalized offers.
- Work with customer segments and analytics of the client base.
- Digitalization of the client base, development of digital communication channels.
