Loyalty program manager in Lvivholod TVK, TzOV

Rukavychka is a Ukrainian chain of self-service stores. As of now, there are 200 stores in western Ukraine.

Now the company is looking for a loyalty program specialist to join our friendly family.

Main requirements:

• Knowledge of 1C, Gold and Cashdesk.
• Work experience of 1 year as a loyalty specialist in network businesses: products, drugstores, restaurants, etc.;
• The level of PC proficiency is high; 
• Skills in working with loyalty programs, Viber/SMS messaging platforms;
• Experience in setting up promotions in checkout modules. 
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with large data sets;
• Resistance to heavy workloads.

Responsibilities:

• Loyalty program support and administration;
• Constant support of communication with sales units on loyalty program issues.
• Complaint processing on the loyalty hotline.
• Implementation of planned key indicators of the program, providing reports; 
• Distribution of messages and analytics based on viber reviews;
• Participation in implementation, testing of new functionality of the loyalty program;
• Analytics on loyalty promotions;
• Maintenance of documentation. Planning and control of budget execution.
