You can be a part of our team if you have: Higher education in the field of marketing, economics, finance or a technical specialty; Work experience in the field of marketing (retail) and implementation experience loyalty programs from 1 — years; Practical experience of collecting and formalizing requirements; Analytical abilities, knowledge of analytical tools and experience of analytical activities; Attention to details, responsibility; Ability to work with large amounts of information. Main responsibilities: Ensuring the functioning of the Company's loyalty program (establishing technical specifications for developers, the correctness of accrual / write-off of client bonuses), control of the correctness of its work; Analyzing customer data; Initiating and carrying out activities to improve the program and improving interaction with customers; Developing the conditions of promotions of the company's loyalty program, launching mailings; Preparing and monitoring key performance indicators of the loyalty program; achievement of general business goals; participation in projects to improve the client's experience of interaction with the company.
