In connection with the opening of a new direction, we are looking for a CRM manager in the team of the marketing department. What will be included in your responsibilities: Development, administration and analysis of the effectiveness of the loyalty program; Launching promotions aimed at attracting new customers, keeping existing ones and reducing the outflow of customers; Segmentation of the customer base and building effective personal communications; Support and updating the customer database; Performance analysis and control of key metrics of the loyalty program; Work with various communication channels (Viber, E-mail, SMS, push, messengers and others); Launching activities to fill the customer base and improve the quality of data; systems and improving the processes of the loyalty program (creating technical tasks of the IT department, monitoring execution deadlines, testing results). You are our star if: You have 1 year of experience as a CRM manager. You understand the principles of CRM systems. You are able to analyze customer data and campaign results.
