COMPANY "OLDI" - the sale of goods for construction and repair, creating comfort and coziness in the home and in the yard, invites a LOYALTY PROGRAM MANAGER to its team. Your responsibility will be related to: Ensuring the functioning of the Company's loyalty program (correct accrual/debit of client bonuses), control of the correctness of its work; Analysis of customer data; Initiation and implementation of activities to improve the program and improve interaction with customers; Control of the NPS level and development of measures to increase the indicator; Establishing the conditions of company promotions, preparing segments and launching mailings; Preparation and monitoring of key performance indicators of the loyalty program; Analysis of promotions in order to determine their effectiveness; Assessment of the impact of promotions on the general turnover of the company and the participation of customers in the loyalty program; Cooperation with other departments to achieve common business goals; Participation in projects to improve the customer experience of interaction with the company. We expect that you have: Higher education in the field of marketing, economics, finance or a technical specialty; Work experience in the field of marketing (retail) and experience in implementing loyalty programs for at least 2 years; Practical experience in collecting and formalizing requirements; Analytical skills, knowledge tools of analytics and experience of analytical activity; Attention to details, responsibility; Ability to work with large amounts of information; Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
