Main duties: Develop and implement the strategy of the loyalty program, including planning and execution of the Road Map; Describe business requirements and interact with the loyalty IT team; Manage the effectiveness of the loyalty program: analyze the dynamics of the loyalty program indicators, identify risks and take preventive measures to level them, develop and implement measures to achieve the target KPI values; Provide operational support for the loyalty program: update the rules of the loyalty program (according if necessary), initiate training programs/changes to training programs regarding the loyalty program, develop and implement motivational programs to encourage the fulfillment of loyalty program KPIs; Develop the technological infrastructure of the loyalty program — initiate the implementation of new services in the mobile application/personal page that will improve their functionality and / or convenience; Compile informational, analytical materials on the implementation of planned indicators; Interact with specialists from other departments. We expect from you: Higher education (preferably marketing, management or economics); Experience as a Manager in the direction of online/offline retail loyalty programs from 2 years; Fluency in MS Office PC; Responsibility, analytical thinking, purposefulness, perseverance, high level of attentiveness, self-organization, communication skills.
