The "Blyzenko" store chain is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experiencedManager for work with the loyalty programwho is ready to develop with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.
Responsibilities:
Development, launch and support of the bonus loyalty program (promotions, promotional codes, autopromo).
Segmentation of the client base, setting up personal offers.
Planning and implementation of communications: Viber / push / SMS / e-mail (together with contractors and designers).
Efficiency analytics: increase in members, share of actives, average check/frequency, NPS, CRR; preparation of reports.
Interaction with CRM/chatbots and IT: setting tasks, testing, control of releases.
Processing appeals/claims of program participants, preparation of instructions for stores.
Cooperation with partners (coordinating mechanics, launching joint promo).
Support of the delivery service: monitoring of estimates, control of order statuses, reconciliation of orders and fin periods.
Participation in the development of the mobile application (briefs/technical specifications, coordination of contractors).
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in CRM/loyalty marketing/retail e-commerce.
Understanding of loyalty mechanics, customer segmentations and customer lifecycle.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL or BI would be a plus.
Experience with communication channels (Viber, push, SMS, e-mail) and working with contractors.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with KPIs (NPS, CRR, member turnover share).
IT/design problem setting skills, testing and acceptance of work.
Competent Ukrainian, customer orientation, stress resistance.
