Delicat family of stores is looking for a candidate for the position of "Loyalty Program Manager" in the Company's central office.

Main requirements:< /p>

• experience in a similar or related position;
• attention to details and analytical skills;
• responsibility and ability to work in a team;
• li>additional knowledge and skills in 1C, Photoshop will be an advantage;
• confident PC user.

Main tasks:

• participation in the development and launch of loyalty programs for customers (B2C, B2B), support and control of loyalty programs (working with reviews, accruing/deducting bonuses); 
• development of recommendations for retaining, returning and attracting new customers to the loyalty program;
• setting up and launching targeted promotions in the mobile application; 
• analysis and proposals for improving the effectiveness of launched actions; 
• preparation and organization of newsletters (push messages, Viber, E-mail, Telegram, etc.); 
• preparation and writing of instructions, business processes, reports; 
• writing terms of reference to the designer, preparing layouts;
• searching and joining new partners and contractors within their area of ​​responsibility; 
• cooperation with IT and related departments to improve the performance of the loyalty program; 
• participation in other projects of the marketing department.
