Main responsibilities:

• Development, implementation and promotion loyalty programs.
• Conducting market research and analysis of results for continuous improvement of the loyalty program and customer engagement strategies. Support of existing and search for new partners in the loyalty program.
• Development and implementation of customer attraction and retention strategies based on analysis of customer base data and market trends.
• Launch of joint marketing campaigns (with new and existing partners). Preparation of proposals for joint activity.
• Analysis of marketing campaigns after their completion.
• Interaction with other company departments to collect and analyze information necessary for working with a partner.

Main requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Ability to negotiate and defend the interests of the company .
• Experience in launching marketing collaborations.
• Ability to work with a browser, MS Office, Google apps (docs, calendar, spreadsheets, powerpoint).
• Ability to find a common language with the heads of all company departments.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to work with a large amount of information and numbers.
• Competent language (oral/written), knowledge of business etiquette.
