Main duties: Ensuring the functioning of the Company's loyalty program (setting up TK for developers, correct accrual/debit of client bonuses), control of the correctness of its work; analysis of customer data; initiation and implementation of activities to improve the program and improve interaction with clients; development of conditions for promotions of the company's loyalty program, launch of mailings; preparation and monitoring of key indicators of the effectiveness of the loyalty program; analysis of carried out promotions with a view to determining their effectiveness; cooperation with other departments to achieve general business goals; Participation in projects to improve the client's experience of interaction with the company.
