MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher economic education;
• 3 years experience in the banking sector;
• knowledge of the basics of CRM, digital marketing, online communications and customer retention mechanics;
• confident command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, draw.io;
• ability to analyze the market, identify potential customers and form effective online offers;
• experience in analyzing customer data, behavioral indicators, digital KPIs and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
• ability to form business proposals and presentations;
• ability to work effectively in a team, proactive, flexible, result-oriented;
• developed strategic and systemic thinking.

THIS WILL BE A PLUS:

• experience in writing business requirements for the introduction of new digital products and services (mobile applications, web platforms);
• knowledge of online analytical tools (Power BI, Google Analytics);

MAIN DUTIES:

• Formation and implementation of the loyalty program development strategy in digital channels (mobile application, online platforms, push/e-mail communications);
• analysis of program effectiveness, development of new online mechanisms for motivating and retaining customers;
• initiation and implementation of co-brand projects with partners: development of concepts, business models, agreement of cooperation terms;
• management of the full cycle of digital projects: planning, production tasks, coordination of teams (IT, marketing, analytics), control over deadlines and results of task execution;
• formation of business requirements for optimization and modification of online products and processes;
• participation in the development of digital loyalty services (web, mobile solutions), integrations with external partners and internal systems;
• monitoring of the digital innovation market and introduction of modern technologies into programs loyalty.
