Loyalty/CRM-manager

Together with you, we will solve the following tasks:

  • Development of the customer base of the loyalty program and work with the main KPIs;
  • Management of marketing projects (CRM promo compaign): segmentation of the client base and setting up personalized offers (promotions) and communications;
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of the loyalty program and preparation of analytics (reports and dashboards);
  • Regular analysis of the PL database in order to study the behavioral factors of customers ;
  • Participate in the creation of a backlog of new PL functionality and work with the development team;
  • Conducting a PL market analysis: competitor offers, trends, demand, reviews;
  • Working with the CRM system and providing its support;
  • Working with customer requests.

You are our candidate if you have:

  • Experience of working in Loyalty/CRM-manager positions from 3 years;
  • Experience of information analysis, derivation of patterns and structure;
  • Experience of developing and following marketing of strategies;
  • Experience of working with CRM systems at the level of a confident user;
  • Knowledge of the basics of strategic marketing: market attractiveness analysis, needs analysis through segmentation, competitive analysis, targeting and positioning;

  • High level of knowledge of Excel;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
