Currently, we are looking for a qualified specialist for the position of Loyalty Program Manager and customer support
Area of responsibility:
- Development and implementation of CRM strategy and loyalty programs, direct communication with the client base: Viber, Push and SMS messages;
- Study of consumer demand, arrangement of the consumer portrait;
- Analysis of the market and competitive environment to identify new business opportunities for the company;
- Create relevant proposals for the development of the client base and improvement of the main CRM KPIs taking into account the RFM segment customers;
- Management, support and administration of the customer database;
- Control of the CRM system, coordination of work on improving processes and setting up the CRM system;
- Regular working with statistical data of the database, their analysis and segmentation;
- Development of an interaction strategy with the target audience taking into account its analysis;
- Development of recommendations for retaining, returning and attracting new customers to the loyalty program ;
- Formation of operational reports and presentations;
- Preparation of internal reports and documents
