We are looking for a Loyalty and Additional Sales Specialist to join our lifecell team - a Ukrainian digital operator that has been on the market for more than 15 years, providing real freedom of communication. lifecell is part of the Turkcell group of companies, an international provider of converged telecommunications and technology services headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey. Operational Responsibilities: Development, ensuring Loyalty and Retention of consumers with the achievement of relevant business results Functional Responsibilities 1. Planning and implementation of marketing activities (launch of Campaigns) to achieve business goals together with relevant internal counterparties: Pricing, case modeling using intelligent data analysis; Creation of technical requests; Segmented offers to subscribers: account increase, cross-selling, reduction of churn Stimulation of replenishments Automation of complex campaigns 2. Control and resolution of key subscriber complaints3. Interaction with internal counterparties regarding the launch of targeted campaigns. Launch and automation of campaigns ordered by internal contractors. Development of proposals for increasing the effectiveness of campaigns. Requirements: Complete higher education - IT, Marketing/Interaction with clients. English language - intermediate level. Experience in a similar position. Reporting skills. Experience working with databases and information systems. Work with customer experience automation systems.
