We are looking for a Logistics Systems Support Specialist (WMS System Administrator) who will ensure smooth operation of logistics processes. What we trust you with:

• ensuring uninterrupted operation of the WMS system together with technical support vendor.
• configuration and control over access rights, accounts and data security.
• regular system update, application of patches and optimization of WMS operation according to warehouse requirements.
• providing technical support to users, promptly solving problems and requests related to WMS.
• monitoring system performance, identifying and solving potential problems.
• correctness control accounting operations and data in WMS.
• participation in the preparation of analytical reports for management (preparation of requests for data sampling).
• interaction with the development team and IT for the implementation of new functions, integration with ERP -systems and other software products.
• participation in projects to optimize warehouse processes and automation (introduction of new technologies, conveyor systems etc).
• testing and configuring system updates to meet operational requirementsam.
• keeping documentation on changes in system settings, work algorithms and WMS maintenance.
• updating user instructions, preparing manuals and recommendations for using the system.

Expectations from you:

• level of PC proficiency - specialist.
• knowledge of warehouse logistics processes and operations (reception, shipment, storage, inventory).
• understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux), application software, peripheral equipment.
• deep understanding of the operation of WMS systems, as well as integration with ERP and other systems
• knowledge of the basics of SQL for working with databases
• experience with Power Bi will be an advantage
• knowledge of warehouse logistics processes and operations (reception, shipment, storage, inventory).
• work experience with projects of automation of warehouse processes or implementation of WMS systems will be an advantage.
