• Salary depending on experience and skills in the range: PLN 5,000-8,500 gross

• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English in speech and writing - condition necessary
• Education and/or first experience in the area of ​​logistics

• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Excellent organizational skills: priority management , very tight schedules and changing project requirements, as well as supporting external clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: communicating effectively and building relationships with clients and within the company

[Supporting the logistics department in the implementation of deliveries and orders, Supporting the local sales team consisting of 5 Account Managers, Contact and support for customers in placing orders orders, Responding to customer inquiries through communication with various departments of the company, Communication with foreign branches of the company on current matters (production status, quality inquiries and others), Monitoring orders (confirming completion dates, tracking production progress, informing about possible delays), Monitoring schedules projects and ensuring that customers receive the ordered services on time, Customs clearance of samples of flavors and goods from outside the EU; contact with the customs agency, Coordination of internal sales processes (generating specifications/quality documentation)]
