Place of work: Zajęcza 15, Warsaw (5 minutes from the Kopernika metro) MAIN TASKS processing orders based on information received from customers and sellers, supervising deliveries to orders, supply chain management, e-mail contact with customers regarding their orders, processing customer inquiries related to delivery dates, processing customer complaints regarding delivered goods, close cooperation with suppliers and other internal company departments. REQUIREMENTS Experience in logistics, road or sea transport (min. 1 year) Openness, communication skills and readiness to learn Good work organization Ability to work under time pressure Good knowledge of Excel Knowledge of English (min.
