STAGE 1: Initial selection of submitted CVs. We will contact you if your candidate profile meets our expectations. STAGE 2: We will invite selected candidates to a meeting and ask them to do several practical tasks under the supervision of one of our trainers (we will check technical, mechanical and analytical skills). STAGE 3: Immediately after the tasks, we will want to get to know you a little: we will meet for a short recruitment interview. DECISION: We always provide feedback within 7 business days. No candidate invited to the meeting will be left unanswered. Advantageous Skills: Previous experience in warehousing and logistics operations. This experience may be internal, in a 3PL company management role, or directmanaging a 3PL company. Previous experience or at least strong demonstrated fundamental skills related to assessing, reviewing and implementing changes in the supply and distribution network. This may be from another field of activity or through academic training. Strong knowledge of enterprise and warehouse management systems. Knowledge of enterprise systems may include SAP, Oracle or similar. WMS experience may include SAP, JDA, Blue Yonder or similar. Understanding and at least basic knowledge of tracking and location principles. They may come from other industries, e.g. pharmaceuticals. Languages: Polish - effective verbal and written communication in a business context. Education and Qualifications: A university degree or professional qualification, particularly in the Supply Chain area, may be an advantage. Location and Travel Requirements: Working hours include Central European Time Zone (CET). The role is place-based and focused; presence at the workplace is required. The person is entitled to travel within the European Union. On average, 10% of time per year is spent on business travel, which can range from 0 to a few days in certain months. This role reports to a Singapore based role which is sometimes 6-7 time zones apart. There is no location sharing. The role owner must be independent and have developed management skills. GTR's business in Europe is centered around a central warehouse operated by a third-party company (3PL), where finished products come from various factories and from there they are shipped to GTR customers. All types of transport (road, sea, air) are used for internal and external transport.
