We are looking for a mInventory Planning and Management Manager to take over the full cycle of inventory management at distributor warehouses (DC) and coordination logistics processes. If you know how to turn numbers into effective deliveries and strive for optimization - we are waiting for you!

Your key tasks:

• Management stocks: Real-time monitoring of balances in DC warehouses.
• Planning: Demand forecasting taking into account trends and seasonality, formation of replenishment orders.
• Optimization: Maintaining stock balance, working with indicatorsMOQ, EOQ, Safety Stock to minimize shortages and surpluses.
• Operational logistics: Adjustment of shipments (multiplicity of pallets/routes), formation of routes for customers and preparation of accompanying documentation (original documents, certificates).
• Coordination: Interaction with GBT production, sales and logistics to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Reporting: Preparation of monthly reports and initiation of inventory optimization strategies.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience: 2 years or more in the field of logistics or inventory planning.
• Professional knowledge: Understanding of the principles ABC analysis, JIT, Safety Stock. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Technical skills:
  • Expert level of Excel (VPR, pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Confident user of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge and experience of work in 1C.
• Personal selfbones: High analytical literacy, attention to details, ability to make decisions independently and quickly adapt to changes.
