Logistics analyst in Lyustdorf, OOO

Functional responsibilities:

- formation of weekly/monthly reports on shipments with analysis of the reasons for failure to meet the current sales forecast

- plan - factual analysis, factor analysis

- analysis and planning of sales plans for the period of 1-3 months, formation of sales forecast by product groups.Incoming information: primary sales, secondary sales, trade activity, planned promotions networks, seasonality of sales (by months/weeks), remaining finished products in the warehouse, sales trends of each SKU,

- cooperation with the marketing/sales department according to the development scenario of each SKU from the moment of launch to closing,

- cooperation with the sales department to plan promotional sales across networks by SKU (verification of applications for promotional volume, evaluation of the effectiveness of promotions), forecasting of additional sales related to SKUs in TT,

- control of finished product balances in warehouses: verification of supply of demand with available finished product balances in distributors' warehouses and the production plan of finished products in order to avoid shortages, production planning

- formation of documents in 1C included in the zone responsibilities of the department

- monitoring and control of shelf life of products in the warehouse, conditions of warehouse storage and delivery in the temperature regime

- reception, processing and execution of applications from distributors, the export department, national networks , branches, tracking of the entire logistics chain (receiving the order, scheduling it for shipment, delivery and informing the client)

- consolidation and planning of routes in Ukraine, development of product delivery routes

- work with Excel tables and large volumes of data

- managing electronic document flow with networks in the EDI and Comarch systems;

- the ability to perform several processes at the same time, switching from one task to another.

Requirements:

- higher education, experience working with documents

- 1 year of experience in logistics or sales analytics: analyst, system analyst, business analyst, project manager

- the ability to work in multitasking mode

- practical experience in 1C 8.3, 1C WMS 4.5

- an experienced user of Excel

- experience of working with "cold" warehouses

- responsibility, analytical thinking
