We want people to have everything they need in each part of the country, in a small village somewhere in Nebraska and in huge megapolis like New York… We are looking for a qualified candidate that shares our goal and value and would like to grow with our company.Job Description:The Safety Assistant is responsible for preparing trucks and drivers for Dispatch Division according to company standard; good safety score, DOT inspection passed with no violations and optimal expenses.Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Proven experience as a Safety Assistant or within the transportation/logistics industry.To be self-motivated and results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Job Responsibilities:Drivers set up and orientation.Monitor driver performance and address safety concerns.Maintain accurate documentation and permits for vehicles. ELD training and monitoring.
